Every out of town case begins with a virtual consultation with Dr. Azy. During this visit, we discuss your smile goals, review your concerns, and determine whether your treatment can realistically be completed during a short trip to Los Angeles.

For straightforward cosmetic cases, we can often put together an initial treatment plan and cost estimate during this virtual visit. Depending on your dental history, we may ask for recent X-rays or records from your current dentist before you arrive.

Once your treatment plan is confirmed, we schedule three consecutive appointment days, when your case allows for it.

Day 1, Smile Planning and Digital Records

Your first appointment is dedicated to gathering what Dr. Azy needs to design your smile accurately.

Day 2, Trial Smile and Treatment

You return the following day to preview your proposed smile before any permanent work begins.

The Trial Smile lets you see the direction of your results before treatment is finalized.

Day 3, Final Check and Travel Home

Your last appointment confirms that your results are healthy, stable, and ready to leave our office.

After You Return Home

Care does not stop once your trip does. We provide aftercare guidance and recommend returning to LA Dental Clinic for a follow up visit approximately once a year, when appropriate, so our team can evaluate your smile and help protect your results long term.
