The Healthy Gum Plan plan is for patients who need a deep cleaning and need 3-4 regular cleanings per year (every 3-4 month intervals).
Includes up to 4 periodontal maintenance visits per year (valued at $700).
Laser gum therapy of entire mouth, to eliminate bacteria and promote gum healing after deep cleaning (valued at $400).
20% discount on eligible services (Crowns, Fillings, Root canals, Extractions).
Discount does not apply to specialty services such as veneers, bonding, orthodontics, implants.
